
THE BRIEF
West Brom Building Society have had dwindling figures over the years, they struggle to talk to new audiences who do not use branches the same way their existing customers do. We were asked to engage new audiences and improve sales.
OUR SOLUTION
West Brom’s language was very dated, sounding more like an old bank and missing the all important ‘benefits’ to customers. Our solution included researching the market, an understanding of how potential customer’s view West Brom as a brand. Our work included tone of voice guidelines, new look branch campaigns, literature and in-store product videos. We demonstrated the new language and visual identity in a Mortgage and ISA campaign.
