After many years of virtual events, our client wanted to create a memorable, physical event for approx 1,000 international delegates. This is their annual 3 day event for corporate procurement professionals and category managers at some of the biggest brand names in the world.
Physical travel and making meaningful connections was our theme,
realised by turning the iconic QEII building in London into an airport lounge.
We created social media animations, individual e-tickets as invites, graphics,
check-in booths, signposting as well as destination boards to show attendees
where they need to be.
