
THE BRIEF
BFS wanted a global campaign in their new look to promote their financial service (Invoice Factoring). Many of their potential customers will consider this service first if they find their business in financial difficulty, so it has to look straightforward. This campaign had to work in all business regions, so required translations and amendments each country’s tailored approach
OUR SOLUTION
We worked to simplify the way our client communicated the services – when faced with cashflow concerns, this needs to be a straightforward, quick and fair. We used simplified language and a tone of voice was created. The comms were created in an infographic style which helped to demonstrate the simple application process. The campaign grew from invoice factoring and now includes export finance, trade finance, recruitment finance and keeps growing. Check out our export finance animation for Bibby here.
The campaign began in the UK and has now expanded, being delivered in many other countries including Czech, Irish, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and more. This campaign has had a real impact with Bibby Financial Services globally – they have a route to market that helps them show a simpler process.
